As all orders are handcrafted to order they will carry a 3-7 working day timeframe.

UK orders over £40 will as always have FREE shipping. 

All orders will now be dispatched from the studio on Tuesday Mornings ONLY, with a Saturday Midday Cut Off.

• opting to upgrade your postage at checkout will upgrade your delivery time, not total turnaround time.
• next day deliveries exclude Saturday & Sunday delivery.
• delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail estimates and are not guaranteed. This is out of my control, to ensure delivery by a specific date please upgrade your order to Special Delivery.

International Shipping

International postage is £11, international orders may be subject to customs fees, It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any customs duties, VAT and handling charges, which are set by the destination country. This now also includes countries in the EU.

I ship all of my items internationally, parcels will be sent by Royal Mail 'Tracked'. You will be provided with a tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail estimate 3-5 working days for parcels to reach Europe, and 5-7 working days for everywhere else. However, items can be held up in customs, so please note there is a further 25 days to wait before I can start the process of investigation for delayed packages.

As of December 2024 there is currently a pause on all orders into EU countries and your order will not be able to be completed at checkout. 

I cannot be held responsible for delays in the Royal Mail Posting system. If you do not purchase tracking and your item is delayed. We are advised by Royal Mail to please wait until 14 days after your shipment notification to contact the business. This allows for full postal system to work. If you purchase tracking with your order and experience delays. Please contact Royal Mail in the 1^st instance if they are unable to assist, I will look into resolving your query.
